STEP 2
Today
Every night GLPCare checks each patient against five simple activity rules — not medical judgments — and ranks who needs a call. Log the outreach, or snooze someone for three days.

A screenless wellness band that records sleep, HRV, recovery and activity and syncs to the app. Order Bands as clinic stock from your portal; they're billed on your next invoice. Custom Band packaging with your name on it is part of setup.
The GLPCare Band is a consumer wellness device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

Questions partners ask.
Can we try it before we commit?
Yes. We set up a sample clinic with example patients so your team can click through Today, the roster and the patient view before you sign anything.
Do we need to prescribe anything?
No. If you prescribe GLP-1s, GLPCare runs alongside your program. If you don't, your patients can start care through GLPCare — ask us about our referral partnership.
Will GLPCare offer its own GLP-1 care to our patients?
Not if you prescribe. Patients of a prescribing partner never see GLPCare's GLP-1 care in the app or the portal. It appears only for referral partners who ask for it.
Does it replace our clinical care or our EHR?
No. GLPCare doesn't prescribe, diagnose or treat, and it doesn't integrate with EHRs today. It shows your team who has gone quiet between visits; the clinical decisions stay with you.
What can my team see?
What each patient agreed to share when they joined: weight, medication and dose adherence, symptoms, sleep and vitals, activity, nutrition totals and check-in signals. Never free-text notes, food photos, progress photos, Cara conversations, intake details, menstrual-cycle data or billing.
How do patients join and consent?
With your join code, QR code or printed front-desk sheet, or by signing up with an email address you pre-enrolled. They create a GLPCare account, review exactly what will be shared with you, and agree in the app. They can stop sharing at any time.
Is the GLPCare Band a medical device?
No. It's a consumer wellness device that records sleep, HRV, recovery and activity. It isn't intended to diagnose or treat any condition.
What happens when a patient leaves our program?
Sharing with your team stops and their seat is free for your next patient. Their own record stays theirs.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes, if you're a HIPAA covered entity. If you're not — many cash-pay wellness centers aren't — we sign a data processing agreement instead.
How quickly can we start?
Your portal can be live as soon as your agreement and plan are in place. Custom Band packaging takes longer to print; we'll give you a date when you sign.
