SYMPTOM TIMING
Nausea peaks 2 days after your shot.
Introducing GLPCare · the first GLP-1 intelligence platform
No screen. No notifications. A band and an app that know your GLP-1.
30-day return on the Band. Renews at $99, price locked.

Already on wrists
Creators have been wearing the GLPCare Band through their everyday lives. Here is what that looks like.
These creators received a free GLPCare Band. Their views are their own.
What it does
Shot day, the days after, the day it wears off. Every signal is read against that cycle.
Log the shot. The app knows what day you're on, every day after.
Rate 14 symptoms 0–5. See where each one peaks and when it fades.

Your days become a handful of patterns that hold up, in plain words.
Screenless. It fills in your nights: sleep, heart rate, HRV and activity.

The problem
Your symptoms, mood and food noise follow your dose, not the calendar. GLPCare reads them that way.
The app asks
SYMPTOM TIMING
Nausea peaks 2 days after your shot.
BEST DAY
Day 4 of your cycle is your sweet spot — best mood, lowest symptoms.
FOOD NOISE
Your food noise gets louder as your dose wears off late in the cycle.
The lines in italics are real output from the insight generators, quoted word for word.

The insight engine
Every night your history runs through the insight generators. What comes back is a handful of patterns that hold up over weeks, not a feed of numbers.
Each insight has a minimum of data it needs before it shows. Below that, it stays quiet.
Seeing it early
It can flag an easing pace about three weeks out, and name the number driving it. It needs a recent weigh-in, at least four on record, and a loss trend in progress. Otherwise it stays quiet.
PLATEAU SIGNALS
Heads up: your weekly loss pace is easing.
Your weekly loss pace is easing toward a stall
Your loss has slowed over the last few weeks
Recent dose adherence is below target
SLEEP AND CRAVINGS
Nights with more deep sleep, your cravings run quieter the next day.
PATTERNS
Food noise is quietest on Fridays — and loudest on Mondays.
PROTEIN
You've hit your protein goal 19 of the last 30 days — that's your muscle-protection lever.
WHAT THIS IS TODAY
Today this runs on a transparent statistical baseline: a documented model of your loss trend and dose adherence. It is not a trained classifier and it is not calibrated, and the app says so. It upgrades to a fitted model once there are enough real outcomes to validate one.
Plateau signals are based on your own weigh-ins and dose history and need several weeks of data. They are observations about your data — not a prediction, and not a medical assessment.
Examples for illustration. GLPCare provides informational wellness insights — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Cara
Cara reads your trends, your insights and your dose history, and answers in plain language. She can log a meal or a weigh-in from a sentence you'd text a friend.
Cara is the one place GLPCare uses AI: to understand your question and read the right data. The insights themselves come from documented statistical models, not from AI. Cara explains patterns in your data. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Just tell me.
Say it like you'd text a friend — I'll log it and coach from your patterns.
You talk, I log — meals, weight, sleep, symptoms. Undo anytime.
I coach from your patterns, not generic advice.
Doses are never logged without asking you first.
Or just ask

The GLPCare Band
Screenless, with no notifications. It records your sleep stages, heart rate, HRV and activity, and syncs to the app. You wear it; the app does the reading.
RECOVERY PATTERN
Your resting heart rate has been creeping up (~+2.4 bpm/week) — around 66 now.
The GLPCare Band is a consumer wellness device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Why it exists
“So much of a GLP-1 journey happens where no one is watching—between appointments, between doses, between decisions.”
I started GLPCare because my own GLP-1 journey had no companion. Doses, sleep, meals and how I felt lived in five different apps. GLPCare puts them in one place, and the Band fills in the nights.
The first GLPCare Bands ship November 15.

A GLP-1 intelligence platform. The app reads your doses, meals, symptoms and sleep together. The Band fills in your nights. Founded in Seattle by someone on a GLP-1.
Every night your own history runs through the insight generators, statistical models looking for things that hold up. Each needs a minimum of data before it shows anything. Below that, it stays quiet.
